So today I went into the weirdest store around. On Canterbury Rd, the east side of Burke Rd is this weird little bric-a-brac store. I couldn’t tell if it was actually an op shop or not, because there was no real signs saying what the hell it was, only ‘Bric-a-Brac’ painted outside.
In this store there was shit everywhere. I would say stuff, but seriously most of this stuff was shit. Running the shop was this little old lady and I don’t think she actually sold much at all, because a friend of hers came in and mentioned how exciting it was for her to make a sale (and i her her talk about me asking where the closest ATM was.) I was going to pimp the crap out of this little shop untill she still wanted to charge me $15 for a cardigan (I bought it because I’m a sucker.) I know it’s not a lot look at the Goddamn store…she could sell every piece of BS in there for $1 and be a multi-millionaire. Despite having copious amount of freaking EVERYTHING, the store was still that little too pricey for a shop of it’s nature, if that makes sense. Anyway, basically - weird shop is weird.

This reminds me of the Cann River ‘op shop’… except this one seems to have a lot more natural light.
